A typical resort or villa pool takes 6–10 weeks from excavation to handover, depending on size, finishes and site conditions. We share a week-by-week plan before work starts.
Busy hospitality pools need daily checks and at least weekly full servicing. Private villa pools are usually fine with weekly or fortnightly visits. We set the interval per pool and remind you before every due date.
Yes. We plan work in phases and during low-occupancy periods, and keep the work area screened and safe so the rest of the property runs normally.
Every visit is logged with date, technician, work done, chemical readings (pH, chlorine, temperature) and the next due date. You can request the full history at any time.
